2. PRODUCTS
Products are sold under a dropshipping model and shipped directly from third-party suppliers.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

All images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, packaging, dimensions, or design shall not be considered defects.
3. PRICING & CURRENCY
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD $) and Euros (EUR €).
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, all transactions are processed in USD.
If payment is made in EUR, the exchange rate is determined by the payment provider at the time of the transaction.
NAYTIA LLC is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees.
4. TAXES & VAT
For customers located in the European Union, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with applicable regulations (OSS/IOSS where applicable).
The total price including VAT is displayed before order confirmation.
For customers outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete informationœ, or prior disputes.
Orders become final once payment has been successfully processed.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, international logistics disruptions, or force majeure.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
7. STOCK AVAILABILITY
In case of supplier stock shortages after purchase, we may offer a replacement product, store credit, or a refund.
We shall not be liable for supplier unavailability.
8. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
For EU customers: 14-day legal withdrawal period from delivery.
For other customers: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days.
Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
9. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply where permitted by law.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment.
10. ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY
We reserve the right to refuse future returns, block customer accounts, or deny service in cases of abusive or fraudulent return behavior.
11. CHARGEBACK POLICY
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact and delivery is confirmed, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and recover associated fees.
12. RESERVATION OF TITLE
Ownership of products transfers only upon full payment.
Risk transfers upon delivery.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAYTIA LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, images, logos, and database structures, is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Customer’s country of residence may apply where required by law.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, USA.
Customers waive participation in class actions where legally permitted.
17. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes apply only to orders placed after publication of the updated Terms.

Les produits sont commercialisés selon un modèle de dropshipping et expédiés directement par des fournisseurs partenaires.
Les visuels sont présentés à titre illustratif. Des variations mineures ne constituent pas un défaut.
ARTICLE 3 – PRIX & DEVISES
Les prix sont affichés en Dollars américains (USD $) et en Euros (EUR €).
Sauf indication contraire lors du paiement, les transactions sont traitées en USD.
NAYTIA LLC n’est pas responsable des fluctuations de change ou frais bancaires internationaux.
ARTICLE 4 – TAXES & TVA
Clients Union Européenne : la TVA est calculée et collectée lors du paiement conformément à la réglementation applicable (OSS/IOSS si applicable).
Clients hors UE : les droits de douane et taxes d’importation sont à la charge exclusive du Client.
ARTICLE 5 – COMMANDE
La Société se réserve le droit de refuser ou annuler une commande en cas de suspicion de fraude, informations incomplètes ou litige antérieur.
ARTICLE 6 – LIVRAISON
Les délais sont indicatifs. La Société n’est pas responsable des retards liés aux transporteurs, douanes ou cas de force majeure.
ARTICLE 7 – DISPONIBILITÉ DES STOCKS
En cas de rupture fournisseur, la Société pourra proposer un produit équivalent, un avoir ou un remboursement.
ARTICLE 8 – DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION / RETOURS
UE : délai légal de 14 jours.
Autres pays : demande sous 14 jours maximum.
Les produits doivent être non utilisés, non endommagés et en état revendable.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du Client.
ARTICLE 9 – REMBOURSEMENT
Les remboursements interviennent après inspection.
Les frais de livraison initiaux ne sont pas remboursables.
Une décote jusqu’à 20 % peut être appliquée lorsque la loi le permet.
ARTICLE 10 – ABUS DE POLITIQUE DE RETOUR
La Société peut refuser les retours futurs ou bloquer un compte en cas d’abus.
ARTICLE 11 – CHARGEBACK
En cas de contestation bancaire injustifiée, la Société se réserve le droit de contester et réclamer les frais associés.
ARTICLE 12 – RÉSERVE DE PROPRIÉTÉ
Les produits demeurent la propriété de NAYTIA LLC jusqu’au paiement intégral.
ARTICLE 13 – LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ
La responsabilité totale est limitée au montant de la commande.
ARTICLE 14 – PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Tous les éléments du site sont protégés par les lois américaines et internationales relatives à la propriété intellectuelle.
ARTICLE 15 – DROIT APPLICABLE
Les présentes CGV sont régies par les lois de l’État de Californie, USA.
Les dispositions impératives de protection du consommateur du pays de résidence demeurent applicables.
ARTICLE 16 – RÈGLEMENT DES LITIGES
Tout litige sera soumis à une procédure d’arbitrage contraignante dans l’État de Californie, USA.
ARTICLE 17 – MODIFICATION DES CGV
La Société se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes CGV à tout moment.
